He made me an offer, sight unseen (so long as the condition matched up to my photos and description, which it did). I drove four hours to the dealership and I was a little worried that it could have been a typical car dealer lowball ploy. Not only was Ken as good as his word, it was the easiest car transaction I have conducted (and I have owned at least 15 vehicles). I am fifty-nine years old and have dealt with many car sales employees over the years. Ken was the most honorable person I have worked with.
